Introduction:Blood deficiency and iron deficiency is a general burden into older agedness society and may have considerably higher seriousness complexity compare to blood deficiency in adolescent. There are so many types of blood deficiency about acknowledge cropping up or arising into the older society. Aim and objectives: To evaluate the predominance of blood deficiency with miner element imperfection in old age tertiary care hospital in south India.To find out the pervasiveness, outline of blood deficiency, as well as to evaluate hematological diet composition for older age inhabitants addressing in the health care. Method and materials: This research was permitted through limited and confined the morality bureau accordingly has been accomplished conformity along bureau guideline. And the site of this study performed at Chennai government hospital. And sample size was 200 patients related to blood deficiency, and study method of medical observation design.
